He was predeceased by: his parents, H. E. Carraway and Irene Carraway. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carraway; his daughters, Rhonda (Joel Petty), Sonya (Randy Ryder) and Pamela (Chad Hitt); his grandchildren, Robert, Vivian, Johnathan Ryder of Baton Rouge, LA, Joanna and Clint Petty of Franklin County; his stepgrandchildren, Bruce Petty, Lauren Williams (Andy) of Denton, TX and Grant Hitt of Liberty, SC; his stepgreat-grandsons, Luke and Sam Williams of Denton, TX; and his siblings, James Lloyd (Betty Jo Carraway) of Franklin County, Elrea Hux (James) of Bogue Chitto, MS, Annell Peek and Brenda Carraway of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by nephews, and other relatives.
