He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Reese Smith, Sr. and Gladys Marie Ratcliff Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Smith; his daughter Chasity Smith (Ken); and his siblings, Wesley Ratcliff (Willie Faye), Vicky Laird, Shirley Arnold (Ronald) and Paulette Mullins (Tony). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
