We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2022, at the age of 84, Buford Davis of Meadville, Mississippi, born in McCall Creek, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Davis and Clara Nordan Davis; and his siblings, Rudolph Davis, Billy Ray Davis, William Davis, Leo Davis, Geneva Harrigill and Clara Jean Johnston.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Davis; his children, Mark Louis Davis (Jill) of Meadville and Vicky Davis Jordan (Jack) of Smithdale; his sister LaWanda Davis Newman (James) of Smithdale; his grandchildren, Colton Davis, Zane Davis (Caylee Grace), Jacob Jordan (Ally) and Liza Jordan; and his great grandchild Avah Mae Davis.
