She was predeceased by: her parents, Dupuy Lumpkin and Leola Smith Lumpkin; and her siblings, Johnny Lumpkin, Steve Lumpkin, Michael Lumpkin and Ann Janet Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Ray Fore; her daughters, Anita "Jo" Anthony (Brian), Lee Broom (Ernie) and Toni Wilson (Stacy); and her sisters, Lavert Dale Penton and Sandra Kaye Seal (Robert). She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
