Simmons, Sr.; his wife Annie Phillips Cunningham; his children, Paul Dino-Vandyke Cunningham, Jr., Heather Spencer and Tenia Dedeaux; his siblings, Anthony Simmons, Kelvin Simmons, Colin T. Simmons, Jr., Velma Lee, Nicole Simmons, Kris Carter, Misty Simmons and Karen Cloud; and his grandchild Cameron Murphy- of Kentucky.
