He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John W. Tynes and Rebecca Tynes of Sandyhook, MS.; his wife Vera Christine Tynes; his children, Jeffrey Tynes (Kathy) and Julie Tynes (Greg); and his granddaughters, Meagan Tynes-Ritter and Lily Vera. He was also cherished by his mother, father, and siblings.
