Frances Booker; his son Donald Booker (Nerissa); his stepchildren, Deanna Conover (Bob), Dana Dobbs and Daniel Gruver (Ronica); his grandchild Lee Booker; his stepchildren, Teresa Mathews (Jason), Edward Booker (Daphne), Bonnie Maynard (Tyler), Brooke Pollard (Chris), Christopher Rabby (Carly), Hannah Rabby (Andrew), Trey Dobbs (Erin), Devyn Adams (Stephanie), Peyton Adams and Jeydan Gruver; his sister Mary Booker Herrin; his brother-in-law Bill Nordan (Vicky); and his caregiver Lisa Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and 24 great-grandchildren.
