He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hiram and Daisy Faye Goodman (Ledbetter); his wife Jacqueline Goodman (Morris); his sons, Charles Jr. Goodman and Scotty Bill Goodman; and his granddaughter Tiffany Goodman.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Stanford (Jack), Lynette Helmbrecht (Reinhart) and Donnie Goodman; and his grandchildren, Ray Smith (Desiray Martin), Shelby Allen (Ray) and Charles "Bud" Goodman, III. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and countless friends.
