He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Sam" Howard and Ruth Hight Howard; and his siblings, Danny, Lee, Tony Howard and Lenora Jean Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Sisson Howard; his children, Tanya Marie Burton of Louisville, Misty Anne Dempsey (Robert) of McCool, Mississippi and Jerime Brent Howard (Debbie) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Donovan Dempsey, Amber Nichole "Nikkie" Howard (Cody Landrum), Carrington Burton, Samuel Dempsey, Isabella Burton and Kailynn Burton; his great grandchildren, Louis Glass and Aubrey Jo Landrum; and his siblings, Mary Ruth Howard Kelly of Nacogdoches, TX and Algene Howard (Cathy) of Kosciusko, Mississippi. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
