She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Haynes Frazier and Thelma Kerr Frazier; her son Robby Rowell; and her brothers, William Berry Frazier and Joe Frazier.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Rowell of McCool, Mississippi; her daughter Christy Griffin (Darryl) of Independence, Missouri; her granddaughters, Leslie Simpson (Robert), Amanda Matthews (Michael) of Kansas City and Jennifer Bierstine of Independence, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Kamilla, Braedyn, Dominic and Serena.
