He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Grant Lowe (Kim), Andrew Lowe (Jackie), Patricia Peagler (Jerry) and Jennifer Alford (Mike); his siblings, Pettey Leach and Jean Jones; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Peagler, Josh Alford, Daniel Lowe, Katie Cauthen, Matthew Lowe, Sam Lowe and Lennye Peagler White. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
