It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Lee Sims of McCool, Mississippi, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Haywood and Ruth Barbara White Sims; and his brothers, Robert Sims and Mac Sims. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Sims; his son Chris Sims (Carrie); his siblings, Roy Sims (Peggy), Mary Spears (Barry) and Barbara Lawrence (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, David, Steven and Elizabeth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the New Hope Baptist Church Children's Fund.
