William Fortenberry Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2022, at the age of 87, William Fortenberry Sr. of McComb, Mississippi, born in Washington, Louisiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Fortenberry Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Earl Fortenberry and Bertile Ellzey Fortenberry; his wife Gloria Faye Coon Fortenberry; and his granddaughter Charli Faye Fortenberry. He is survived by: his children, Glen Fortenberry (Jan), Greg Fortenberry and Gail Fortenberry of McComb; his grandchildren, Kelley Norsworthy (Jared), Jason Duncan (Lori), Amy Fortenberry (Chris), Kevin Duncan (Courtney) and Morgan Johnson (Corbin); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Abbigail, Alyssa, Tyler, Eli, Trista and Madison; his sister Bobbye Fortenberry Dillon; and his close friends, Elaine Smith and James Rogers. He is also survived by family and shared with their family and friends.
