With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Fairburn of McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on January 8, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Fairburn and Lanell Fairburn; his brother Van Fairburn, Jr.; and his father-in-law Pat H. Brumfield, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Brumfield Fairburn; his daughters, Victoria Fairburn Smith (Matthew) of Summit and Hillary Fairburn Freeman (A. J.) of McComb; his sisters, Mattie Smith (Winston) of Buford, GA and Mary Turner (Jerry) of Tylertown; his mother-in-law Anne Q. Brumfield; his siblings-in-law, Pat Brumfield (Tina), Patsy Giles (Lawrence) of McComb and Cyndy Catchings (Bill) of McComb; his grandsons, Chad Seals, Eli Smith and James Victor Smith; and also Kathryn Fairburn Long (Jeff) of Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
