It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Irene Delaney of McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Donald Cooper, Sr. and Jessie Lee Lilly Cooper; her husband James Chisholm; and her sister Doris Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Christy Delaney of McComb, MS, Gerald Delaney of McComb, MS, Steven Delaney of McComb and Byron Delaney; her grandchildren, Hannah Hilton, Austin, Savanna Vaden, Levi, Daniel Delaney, Taylor, Alexis Allen and Gracie Delaney; her great grandchildren, Asher and Benzi Hilton; and her siblings, Patsy Seavey, Merle Disotell (Bubba), Carolyn Ready (Tommy) and Buster Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
