It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Caron of McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Mann and Vestell Elizabeth Seago Mann; her former husband Frank Lee Caron; her husband Frank Philebar; her brothers, Joey Merle Mann and James Gregory Mann; her sons, Frank Lee Caron, Jr. and Jeffery Layfette Caron; and her grandson-in-law Koby Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Jay Caron of Livingston, LA and Melody Ann Kliebert (Mike); her siblings, Robert Wayne Mann of McComb, MS, Danny Ray Mann (Dariene), Ann Reid of Jayess, MS and Jenny Laird (Herbert); her grandchildren, Kim Anthony (Jason), Tina Wilson, Jessica Long, Jeffery Caron, Jr., Jesse Caron and Zachary Caron; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Bradley, Kenlee, Karter, Tinsley, Payton, Izayah, Taygen, Elijah, Kylie and Everleigh Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
