He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Schertler and Dee Cooksey Schertler. He is survived by: his daughter Candy Mitcham (Jerrod) of Anacoco, LA; his siblings, Roby Schertler of Oklahoma City, OK, Randy Schertler of Andalusia, AL, Rocky Schertler (Kayleen) and Debbie Collins (Rickey) of McComb, MS; and his grandsons, Grady Mitcham and Jaren Mitcham of Anacoco, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Luke Hospice.
