He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Etheridge and Emma Elizabeth Knight Etheridge; his daughter Melissa Arena; and his sister Doris Ray Etheridge Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Jan Etheridge; his children, David Etheridge (Melissa), Brian Etheridge (Tish), Brad Etheridge (Danessa) and Melanie Holman; his grandchildren, Lauren, Dana, Misty, Madison, Joel, Austin, Emma, Jason, Jeremy, Ashley, Kristen and Jordan; and his brothers, William Clifton Etheridge (Lela) and Terry Lee Etheridge (Gail). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
