She was predeceased by: her parents, Laney Leon and Salena Reeves Lewis; her husband Carl Benton Felder; and her siblings, James Lewis and Myrtle Lewis Barron.

She is survived by: her niece Patricia McMillian (Henry); and her nephews, Dr. Van Lewis (Beth), Dwight Lewis and Neal Lewis (Andrea).
