He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ross Terry and Mary Zella Smith Terry; and his siblings, Irene Jackson, Hazel Jackson, Louise Douglas, Edda Mae Douglas, Bruce Ross Terry, Jr. and Charles D. Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Marshall Alan Terry (Glenda), Dave C. Terry, Regina Powell (Larry) and Vickie Smith (Gary); his sister Nora Lee Saah; and his grandchildren, Jason Powell, Jonathan Powell, Jon Russell Powell, Jeremy Powell, Jessica Moore, Christopher Smith, Justin Smith, Timothy Terry and Brittany Langley. He is also survived by nine Great-grandchildren.
