She was predeceased by: her father Robert Maddox. She is survived by: her mother Peggy F. Maddox; and her sisters, Helen Stewart Anderson, Dara Janopaul Phillips, Janet Stewart, Lisa Lovitt Thompson and Melinda Mayer Wallace. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
