She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Tate, and Louis Tate, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Nathaniel Tate (Michaelisha) and Cleo Tate (Stanley); and her siblings, Doris Davis, Martha Tate, Joe Louis Tate (Geraldine) and Bruce Tate (Lena). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19, ALL are required to wear a mask.
