He is survived by: his brother Ron; his friend Bob Hemeter; his wife Judi Lambert Passman; his sons, John Richard and Thomas Lambert; his siblings, Janet Passman McKinney (Wayne) and Ronnie Passman; and also, Margy Wicker, Pat Lambert, John, Gail Ott, JJ, Brent, Jake, Samantha Salley and Crystal Newman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Richard Murphy Hospice House or to the National Alzheimer's Association.
