He was predeceased by: his father J. D. Howell; and his sister Connie Ginn. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Wells Howell; and his siblings, Jimmy Wayne Howell (Lisa) of Hattiesburg, MS and Carolyn Carter (Bill) of Lake Fork, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
