He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blackshear and Willamae "Mickie" Blackshear. He is survived by: his siblings, James E. Bond (Miriam), Vera P. Bond, Bobby J. Bond (Judy) and Hazel K. Baker (David); his son Jerry D. Blackshear (Vicki); and his grandson Trever Courtney. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
