He was predeceased by: his parents, Price A. Ratliff and Irene Holmes Ratliff; his wives, Perline B. Ratliff and Donna B. Ratliff; and his siblings, Magalene Praisewater, Louise Alexander and Price "Alvin" Ratliff.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie L. Ratliff (Trista), Isaac Justin Ratliff, Richard D. Ratliff, Sandra S. Harkleroad (Jerry), Angela P. Tucker (Dale) and Jessica J. Ratliff; and his siblings, Patricia Tuttle, Wayne Ratliff and Tommy Ratliff. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
