It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Thornton (McComb, Mississippi), who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Thornton and Lillie Hart Thornton; his wife Bonnie Stewart Thornton; and his stepchildren, Michael Brekeen and Melissa B. Ezell.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Wilkinson; his children, Thomas D. Thornton (Suzanne) of Richland, MS, Calvin Brekeen (Cala) of Waynesboro, Joe Brekeen of McComb, Harlan Thornton of Houston, TX., Cindy Parks (Charles) of Summit and Veronica Williams (David) of Pearl; his siblings, Sam Thornton and Johnnie Wilson; and his brother-in-law Claude McKenzie (Ginger) of Zachary, LA. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
