He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Woodrow Bass, Sr. and Minnie Bass Boyd; his stepfather Rudy Boyd; his brother Woody Bass; his sister-in-law Tommye Bass; and his stepbrother Robert Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bass; his sons, Eric Bass (Bridget) and Josh Bass (Kaleena); his sisters, Sherry Fortinberry (M. L.) and Ginger Kavanay; his stepbrother Barry Boyd; his mother-in-law Shirley Jones; and his grandchildren, Jared, Seth Bass, Blake, Rylea Carter and Tayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
