He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Manson Case and Mellie Rushing; and his siblings, Albert, Carl, Merle Case, Helen Case, Lucille Beam and Tommie Jean Stinson.
He is survived by: his children, David E. Case (Lynn), Sybil Watson (Charles "Bubba") and Margie Yates (Ken); his grandchildren, Dewayne Sullivan (Charlene), Viktoria Craft (Matthew), Natalie Watson and Shelton Chambers (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Madalynn Sullivan and Elizabeth Craft.
