Evelyn Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Smith (McComb, Mississippi), who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosea William and Ilder Dean Magee; her husband Grady E. Smith, Sr.; her son Glen William Smith; her brothers, Hosea Magee, Jr. and Charles Hughes; her parents-in-law, Kirby G. and Edna Smith; her son-in-law B. J. "Bill" Hamilton; her sister-in-law Dixie H. Magee; and her niece Deborah Magee Mainard.
She is survived by: her sons, Grady, Jr. of Brookhaven, Randy Keith of Picayune and David; her daughter-in-law Pam of Murfreesboro, TN; her daughter Carolyn Sue Hamilton of Summit; her daughter-in-law Dana S. Ford of Gulfport, MS; her sister-in-law Catherine Hughes of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Mark (Vicky), Michael Hamilton, Adam (Brandi), Carly Elise Dill (Corey), Jason Smith (Yvonne) and Garrett Smith (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Erin, Bryan, Caitlin, Tyler Hamilton, Griffin, Grayson, Graham Smith, Aidan and Audrey Smith; and her grandson Shawn. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to First Baptist Church, 1700 Delaware Ave., McComb MS 39648.
