With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Austin of McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on March 18, 2022 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Schneider and Eulalie Youngblood Schneider; her sisters, Barbara S. Hayman, Eulalie S. Hughes and Lillian S. Lamkin; her niece Barbara Jo Ladner; and her nephews, Noel Hughes and Lee Hayman.
She is survived by: her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Cyrena Austin; her nieces-in-law, Janice Hayman and JoAnn Hughes; her nephew-in-law Johnny Ladner; and her close friends, Nancy Moore Hewitt, Ginger Moore Shands, Beatrice Thompson, Mamie Hines and Cynthia Marshall.
In lieu of flowers, Emily requested memorial donations to J J White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
