He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert R. Jenkins and Betty Ann Foster Jenkins (Rodgers). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tallarico Jenkins; his sons, Joseph Jenkins and David Jenkins; his stepchildren, Paul J. Andrews Jr. of McComb, Crystal E. Burton (Byron D.) of Zachary, LA. and Cinnamon M. Chapman (R. Wayne) of Denham Springs, LA.; and his sister Penny M. Jorgeson (Tomas) of Hillsboro, OR.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
