She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas P. Stevens and Wadie Hall Stevens; her husband William "Bill" Franklin Shepherd, Sr.; her daughter Lisa Stewart; her sister Joy Zeagler; and her nephew Craig Stevens.
She is survived by: her son Frank Shepherd, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Rena of Madison, MS; her brother Kenneth Hall Stevens of Cherry Valley, CA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Joy Byrd (Andy) of Chattanooga, TN and Hunter Stewart (Taylor) of Summit, MS; and her great grandchild Addison Byrd.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mrs. Deborah Shepherd's name to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation 28 West 44th Street, Suite 609.
