He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Robinson and Lemmie Johnston Robinson-Cook; and his siblings, Marilyn Lynette Robinson and James "Bo" W. Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn M. Robinson of Lucedale, MS, Amber Nicole Robinson of McComb, MS and Eva L. Hays (Jay) of McComb, MS; his siblings, Linda Pearl Robinson of McComb and Richard Johnston Robinson (Mary) of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Christopher, Giara, Matleigh, Emma, Haley, Austin and Cassie; and his great grandchild Brennan Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
