He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lyndell Verdia, Olyease Wingate, Maxwell McGuffee and Vernon McGuffee; and his granddaughter Brandy Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McGuffee; and his children, Renee Hornbeak (Carl), Mike McGuffee, David McGuffe and Greg McGuffee (Tracy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
