He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lee O'Brien and Olive Ruth Drew O'Brien; his sons, Charles E. O'Brien, Jr. and Mark Allen O'Brien; his grandson Chris Valentine; his great grandchild Kody Allen O'Brien Davis; and his siblings, Patrick O'Brien and Barbara Anepohl.
He is survived by: his wife Kerry Sue Jordan O'Brien; his children, Erin O'Brien and Karla O'Brien Wooley; his siblings, Ricky O'Brien (Zoe), Alvie O'Brien and Merry Johnson; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, April, Paige, Angelle, Megan, Kayla, Jordan, Mya, Mattie, Ahna, Noah, Ella and Kennidy. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Southway Baptist Church (1107 S Jackson St, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
