She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Simmons, Jr. and Ruth Burns Simmons; her daughter Rebecca C. Whiting; and her brother Roy Simmons, III. She is survived by: her son James Robinson "Al"; and her daughter-in-law Teresa of Houma, LA.
