He is survived by: his children, Wendall Todd Farrell, William Sean Farrell and Sarita Leian Licot; his grandchildren, Mark Andrew Licot II, Mercedes Nicole Holeman, Krystina Marie Vincent and Paicee Shavon Farrell; his great grandchildren, Ryker Stone Holeman and Emma Skye Vincent; and his sister-in-law Jami C. Finley. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
