She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Velma Perry Catt and Gale Alonzo Bass; her husband Bobby Gene Ward; her sister Patsy Gail Bass; her children, Bobby Ward (Kathryn), Ottis Ward (Michele), Don Ward (Angela) and Lisa Hatch (Tim); her grandchildren, Holly Croteau (Chris), Mitchell Ward, Mindy Boyd (Blake), Nicholas Ward, Jessica Ward, Cannon Ward (Mallory), Madeline Saxton (Randall), Bailey Hatch, Aaron Hatch, Daniel Smith and Joshua Nettles; her friend Patsy Hightower; and her grandsons, Charlton Ward, Blake Boyd, Chris Croteau, Randall Saxton and Trevor Kent. She was also cherished by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blair E Batson's Children's Hospital in honor of Cash Ward, her great grandson who is battling leukemia.
