With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aubrey Mitchell of McComb, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Aubrey leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Hayes and Bernice Steele Mitchell; and his grandson Graysen Matthew Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Dr. Greg Mitchell (Tracy) and Audrey Fae Lee (Tim); his stepdaughters, Dawn Rinkle and Lara Anderson (Tommy); his niece Wanda Riley (Kenny); and his brother Samuel Reese (Chloe). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
