He was predeceased by: his wife Katheryn Simmons Magee; and his siblings, Othel Magee and Pauline Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Magee; his children, David Allen Magee (Karen) of McCall Creek, Mary Smith (Billy) of Loyd Star, Martha Noble (Ronnie) of McCall Creek, Jackie Lowe (Andrew) of Flowood and Mitti Bilbo; his siblings, Bart Magee of McCall Creek, Vonceil Smith of McCall Creek and Elaine Arnold of McCall Creek; and his grandchildren, Hope Case, Jason Magee, Preston Porter, Ashley Auttonberry, Johnny Noble, Kristin Hanks, Jeffrey Thornton, Timothy Thornton, Clint Wilkinson, Casey Wilkinson and Jocie Magee.
