She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Mary Young Brown; her husband B. "Joe" Ratcliff; and her sisters, Betty Terry and Barbara Jinings.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Ratcliff, Jeanne Reed (Steve), Elizabeth Null (Doug), Victoria Ratcliff and Robert Ratcliff (Brandie); and her caregiver Gail Sandifer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
