She was predeceased by: her brothers, Oscar Simpson Jr. and Charles Simpson; and her husband William B. Garner of Lambert Mississippi. She is survived by: her daughters, Dixie Garner Mangum (Phil) and Patti Garner Dillon (James); her sister Elizabeth Ann Arrison of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Brandy Barraugh (Lint), Kacie Halliburton (Drew), Tyler Dillon (Austin) and Taylor Dillon (Ali Beth Jenkins); her great grandchildren, Drew Dillon, Ava Tyler Dillon, Garner Lynn Barraugh, Mallory Halliburton and Meredith Halliburton; her sister-in-law Jean Jennings Collins (Dow); and her niece Carole Anne Furniss (Joe). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
