She was predeceased by: her husband Cary D. James; and her parents, Kenneth Rowe and Margaret Herrington. She is survived by: her children, Anna M. Campbell, Kandace Mills, Andrew Peterson and Jimmy James; and her sister Bobbie A. Rowe. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
