She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McIntosh and Myrtis Padgett McIntosh; her husband Jesse L. Whitehead; her daughter Jeanette Whitehead of Patsy Thompson; her brother Harold McIntosh of Jack McIntosh; and her grandchild Charles V. Misita, III.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Misita (Charles) of Delhi, Pam Hill (Raymond) of Columbia and Perry Whitehead of Amite; and her brothers, Donald McIntosh of Jackson and Reggie McIntosh (Joyce) of Hattiesburg. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
