He was predeceased by: his significant other Glen Harrell Stogner; his parents, Hickman Stogner and Angie McMichael Stogner; and his brothers, Windell Stogner and Trellis Stogner.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela Todd of Foxworth, MS, Peggy Gates of Foxworth, MS and Richard Stogner, Jr. (Jeannett) of Alma, AR; his grandchildren, Malanie Dyer (Chris), Shannon Rose (Jeremy), Ryan Ryals (Crystal), Wade Gates, Elyse Taber (James) and Stephen Stogner (Esther); and his great grandchildren, Preston Rose, Haleigh Rose, Taytum Ryals, Bryson Taber, Brantlee Thomas and Jameson Gates. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
