He is survived by: his wife Marion Balesky Polk; his children, Debbie Bosarge, Brenda, Timmy Barksdale, William Polk (Bill), Mike Polk, Henry, Debora Polk, Jr., Angela, David Byrd and Pamela Woodward; his grandchildren, Patrick, Julie Bosarge, Betty, Vince Shaw, Brandon Bosarge, Ryan Scruggs, Daylen Dedeaux, Taylor Scruggs, Emily Polk, Sarah Polk and Joseph Dedeaux (Joey); and his siblings, Walter Polk and Priscilla Stephenson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
