He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Westmoreland and Annie Westmoreland; and his daughter Karen Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Westmoreland; his son Bradley Westmoreland (Cheryl); his stepchildren, Neal Breeland (Jane), Cynthia Breeland, Erwin "Porky" Breeland, Brent Breeland (Michelle) and Warren Breeland (Sherry); his grandchildren, Sarah Elliot and Mason Westmoreland; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Elliot and Mason Westmoreland. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Samson Ministries in care of Good Hope Baptist Church, 208 Good Hope Road, Columbia, MS 39429.
