He was predeceased by: his wife Lou Ethel Brown; his daughter Sarah Fulton; his brothers, Roy Brown, Marshall Brown and Millard Brown; his grandson Tim Fulton; and his great grandchildren, Jimmy Brown, Ben Haygood and Eddie Harper.

He is survived by: his children, Jimmy H. Brown (Pat) of Byhalia, Carl E. Brown (Deb) of Mantachie and Martha Sheffield; his son-in-law Darrell Fulton of Smyrna, TN; his grandchildren, Tami Proctor (Chris), Kevin Brown, Mark Brown, Chet Brown, Robin Haygood (Vince), Blythe Brown (Christy), Chad Brown, Sandy Prestage (Marx), Kim Harper and Misty Martin (Randy); and his daughter-in-law Lyneve Fulton. He is also survived by 24 Great Grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren.
