She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Clarence Gardner and Idella Estes Gardner; her spouse Tracy Reldon Harbor; her granddaughters, Traci Nicole Harbor and Maggie Katherine McMullan; her siblings, Mattie Ruth Tabler, Avonell Bishop, Jean Sheffield, Joan Sheffield, Edward "Buck" Gardner, Charlie Gardner and Ellis Gardner; and her parents-in-law, Woody and Hattie Nichols Harbor.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Cecilia Melson, Shirley Weatherford and Mother; her children, Phillip Harbor, Kacey Harbor (Tracy), Judy McMullan (George) and Pam Evans (Robert); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Harbor (Taylor), Ryan Evans, Carrie Martin (Kevin), Leann Cato (Jason) and Dicy Sheffield (Blake); her sister Peggy Scruggs; her sisters-in-law, Sue Sharp, Betty Bramlett and Nancy Ingram (Ben); her grandsons-in-law, Kevin Martin and Jason Cato; her great grandchildren, Jake, Eli Martin and Bryant Cato; and her nephews, Larry and Jerry Bishop. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
